By using any of my services including currency exchange and CS2 skin trading, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using my services.

Safety & Security

Safety is my top priority. I have implemented various measures to maintain a secure and protected environment for my clients. I will continue to uphold these standards to ensure trust and satisfaction within my community.

Digital Fraud Policy

I have zero tolerance for any form of fraud and take immediate action to address any suspected fraudulent behavior. I adhere to all laws and regulations and will not accept any illicit or illegally obtained funds.

Fiat Information

I will not be held liable for any disputes, additional fees, holds, or limitations regarding fiat transactions as this is out of my control. By using my service, you agree to these terms.

PayPal Payment Policy

When paying via PayPal, you are required to use your PayPal balance for all transactions. You can top up your PayPal balance using any method (credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, etc.) and then pay me directly from your balance. I do not accept PayPal payments funded directly by credit cards, debit cards, or bank transfers - they must come from your existing PayPal balance. This is for fraud prevention purposes. For any payments made with cards or other payment methods outside of PayPal balance, there will be absolutely no refunds provided under any circumstances. All such payments are final and non-refundable.

Trade Delays

All CS2 skin trades are subject to Steam's 7-day trade hold policy. I am not responsible for delays caused by Steam's security measures. Payment will be processed after the trade hold period expires and items are successfully transferred.

Pricing & Valuation

Skin prices are based on current Buff163 market values at the time of transaction. Rates range from 90-95% of Buff163 prices depending on the specific skin, condition, and market demand. Final pricing is at my discretion.

No KYC Policy

I do not require identity verification for CS2 skin transactions. However, I reserve the right to request additional information if suspicious activity is detected to comply with fraud prevention measures.

Cancellation Policy

Either party may cancel a transaction before the trade is initiated. Once items are traded, the transaction cannot be reversed. I am not responsible for Steam account issues, trade restrictions, or market fluctuations after agreement.

Item Condition

All skins must match the agreed-upon condition and specifications. Any discrepancies in float value, stickers, or other attributes may result in price adjustments or transaction cancellation.

Service Agreement

By initiating any transaction, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms of service. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at my discretion.

Terms Modifications

These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of my services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Communication

All communication regarding transactions must be conducted through official channels (Discord server or Telegram). I am not responsible for transactions arranged through unofficial means.

Liability Limitation

My liability is limited to the value of the specific transaction in question. I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of my services.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by applicable international laws regarding digital asset trading. Any disputes will be resolved through direct communication first, with arbitration as a last resort.
